Cheers

We’re empowered women*—cheers to that!

But how are we holding ourselves back? Finances are feminist, and connected to self-worth. How many more powerful, wealthy women would exist in the world today if we felt we deserved to be powerful, wealthy women in the first place? Let’s revise the stories we’ve been telling ourselves of our financial self-worth.

*Although I am using the word “women,” what I mean is everyone outside of the white supremacist patriarchy: non-binary and gender-fluid individuals, trans women, trans men, Women of Color, people of color, queers.

“You are an Advancing Woman, and you advance all who deal with you.”

– Wallace D. Wattles in 1910, as revised by Kristin D. Sanders in 2019
